Muaz Azinuddin

PhD Student

Muaz is a PhD student based at the ECEHH from Business School, University of Exeter.

Muaz did his Master’s Degree in the field of Gastronomy where he did a research on the occupational commitment and job-hopping behaviour of Chefs working in 4 and 5 star rated hotels in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

After this Muaz worked as an assistant lecturer at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin where he was sponsored by the University and Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education to pursue his PhD at the business school of University of Exeter.

Muaz current research interest is in the tourism entrepreneurship and networking.
