Luke Talbot

PhD student

Luke is a PhD student with a background in biomedicine.

His research is investigating how high levels of radon gas might impact the development of skin cancer. This work is supervised by Professor Alison Curnow and Dr Shelly Dogra.

Luke graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Plymouth in 2015, before going on to complete an MRes in Medical Studies at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health in 2017.

Following this, he worked at both the University of Nottingham Medical School and with the Cornwall Foundation Trust.
