Chloe Bines

Project coordinator

Chloe is currently the Smartline project coordinator responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure the project is compliant with ERDF regulations.

She has a background in low carbon and sustainable technologies and has co-ordinated projects across a range of disciplines, working with businesses in Cornwall and beyond.

This includes achieving consent for the UK’s first solar farm, designing a zero carbon workplace and improving wellbeing through the implementation of zero carbon areas in South Wales. She has been involved in a series of smart energy projects and as has experience across procurement, finance, publicity and recruitment.

Chloe’s role with the Smartline project includes coordinating financial claims, monitoring procurement and recoding recruitment.

Shee also supports the Project Manager in the day to day running of the project with budget monitoring and project organisation.

With a commercial background, Chloe has a keen interest in business engagement and supports the Centre’s Knowledge Exchange team wherever possible.
