Heather Kong

Research Associate

  • h.kong@exeter.ac.uk

Heather Kong graduated from Rice University (USA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a minor in Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities.

She developed an interest in health and the environment through her research work with advocacy non-profits in areas such as transportation and air quality. She has also been involved with grassroots and community organizing. From these experiences, Heather has become passionate about the intersection of health, environment, social justice, and community-engaged work.

Her research at ECEHH will examine selected green and blue spaces in and around Truro, in relation to equity and the promotion of health and well-being.
