On June 26th 2014 delegates from academia, government and business came together to explore the use of big data in environment and health research.
The day featured presentations and debate around the use of data from a number of sources across the UK and EU, and served as a platform for sharing experience and identifying possible collaborations.
This event was supported by funding from ERDF, the MRC and NERC and this page hopes to allow the conversation to continue by providing links to resources from the day. The documents section on the right of this page provides links to speaker information and creative notes.
The key messages from each session were captured and presented in the form of visual minutes by Marcel O’Leary from CreativeConnection. These are available to view via the links to the right of this page.
More information on the Centre’s big data project, MEDMI, is available here.
