Westley Design is a landscape architecture and inclusive design consultancy, specialising in design and build solutions for public space, learning environments, parks, gardens and residential areas.

With a changing client base and pressing economic climate,  Westley Design is under increasing pressure to demonstrate the validity of its work with sound scientific research.

Together with the Cornwall Sports Partnership, Westley Design are collaborating with the European Centre for Environment & Human Health on an ESF funded PhD that will explore people’s perceptions of green space. This research will focus on the implications for landscape design and health & wellbeing, allowing Westley Design to underpin their product offering with a sound and demonstrable evidence base.
